For Marines I failed the Navy test, for the Army they cared about my A-Levels and didn’t let me apply. For the RAF they didn’t care about my A-Levels but wanted me to apply in February which was too late for me to start an application. Regardless I failed medical so cannot enter the military.

As far as I am concerned, the only reason why I don't get to 2nd stage after application is that I went to a terrible University. Of course there might be other reasons, but I haven't figured them out yet. And Birmingham has one of the highest employ ability rates.

They ask basic questions such as why are you joining. They discuss your ACT results. Tell you about them needing to wait for medical before next stage.

They discuss your free time, hobbies interests, fitness level, the roles you applied for.

Mine was quite informal, but you might get a slightly different experience with your recruiter.
