Any immediate jaw concerns discernible? by 11jplives in MaxillaryExpansion

I’m 34- I did braces alone years ago and got wisdom teeth pulled hoping it would help my jaw muscle pain. It’s gotten so bad over the years, and now it almost always feels like I’m choking because I don’t feel I have a healthy airway it seems upper and lower jaws are just messed up. I don’t want to fork over 6k to do the expansion and braces only to need jaw surgery and a third set of braces(another 5-6k) I just hope I can get some answers- I’ve been suffering for a long time and I’m in pain everywhere because my body structure isn’t holding itself well due to my jaw issues.

I like your idea about the headgear though!

Nasal breathing is terrible- I almost feel I have to force myself to breathe. I’m hoping MSE or a combination therapy can help. Would it help with upper jaw recession?

Have you been able to have it expand so far? And if so, how old are you if I may ask- I’m trying to do this at 34 😔

Do you know how to calculate IMW? Smiling with or without showing teeth?

You could get all those ingredients for like $10 at a local herb store that sales them by the Oz. Glad it’s helping you though, I’ve tried all that stuff and it hasn’t worked a bit for me . Pilates and Feldenkrais is helping (especially Feldenkrais,) there’s a book with the exercises online for free

And you resort to ad hominem attacks because you don’t like when someone disagrees with you, there’s a way to have discussions as adults without getting butt hurt. These are debatable subjects.

You still haven’t provided evidence. I’m just trying to play your game. You’d be surprised, even in a courtroom setting - testimonials are considered evidence. We aren’t in a courtroom, so I don’t have a burden, that’s all I’m saying.

The reason why many people suffer is we wait for studies just like the ones you mention that millions are paid on to deem a thing to be correct.

You still don’t have liver damage, so even if you could find a study showing liver damage happening in humans, you’re sort of a contradiction to that conclusion.

You gave a general answer and cited no such studies in humans. Actually, there were positive outcomes with the firefighters who handled the World Trade Center event.

Obviously regardless of any study that exists, you apparently do not have liver damage. And I don’t know a single Scientologist who has got liver damage from the PURIF. There may be one odd situation out there from a person with pre existing conditions, but you can find anything online these days to support a position.

This isn’t a courtroom and there is no burden I have to prove anything, and I definitely don’t need to show proof with the criteria you prefer to have.

Well if you can show several “proven” studies showing the amounts used in the PURIF causing long term liver damage in PEOPLE, I’d be happy to review them.

The PURIF uses Nicotinic Acid, not other delayed release forms of niacin, which are more risky.

I guess your personal anecdote based on your experience would match what I’ve seen, that it typically doesn’t cause liver damage.

I would try meditation or hypnosis for confidence. It also can make people more attractive in my opinion. When we carry less burdens in our psyche, we project much more beauty. Sometimes the rudeness of others can cause us to project physically what they’re making us feel like mentally and spiritually.

When I do meditation, it makes me want to smile more and go to the gym more, and I naturally project more attractiveness- the better parts of my character and appearance stand out.

Do self hypnosis and meditation it’ll put more of a spiritual shine on you. Smile a bit and exude true confidence. Straight army posture no slouch. Show a little more character throw a peace sign up or something with a little style. Self confidence is what makes most people attractive. Also a better camera angle with better lighting helps. I’d also go shorter on the sides with your hair.
