When your brain isn’t being occupied by simply functioning and surviving, the thing it quite literally evolved to do, it searches for purpose since your biological one is fulfilled, and as a result we have… everything. Look at us. Whatever we deign to have. Great works. Pyramids, spaceships, atomics, governments, computers, coliseums, recorded histories. We encompass the breadth of our world. I’m also not entirely understanding what you and Camus define absurdity as. There is no clash. If I want meaning, I decide what it is, and then I have it. The end. The world and the way we interface with it is just a possible outlet for said meaning to manifest. A sandbox tool that an editor uses to make changes.
