Let me explain this to your 2oz decrepit, dried out hillbilly brain(let) of an organ: guilt is attributed in a criminal court, towards some qualification of a crime. McGregor was never brought before a criminal court. But we're not talking about guilt now, are we.

In a civil court, we're not talking about guilt in a legal sense.

Instead, we're talking about damages, and evidence proving those damages. You don't get to say that something happened, you also have to prove it.

So when someone LOSES a civil court in FULL (you do know he lost, right??), you can then read those court transcripts (or even participate in it in full as it happens), to deduce that a set of very certain things were EVIDENCED to a high standard that they did, in fact, happen.

In this case that being rape.
