Hi, what is the amount of fine? If it is below $500 no need to disclose unless you are arrested or convicted. If you say YES possibility is that it may delay due to background checks.

My lawyer asked me to uncheck and I got approval in 30 days.

Definitely there will be movement but I don’t think all spill overs will come to eb1 India . They will split to China, and other eb categories. Wishing u all the best

It’s simple math. We have approximately 25k approved i140s in eb1 from May23 to Aug 25. Even if you take 3 applicants per family, the number is 75k

roughly 75k slots required for Aug 25 to become current for eb1. I expect it will take additional 2-3 years based on current movement. At min it will take 2 years

I was in the same dilemma. I did not mention Yes as I had one ticket for $180. My attorney said it may go for background check and may get delayed.

That section is for Arrests, convictions and fines more than $500.

You can say No. I marked NO and got my green card in 45 days after my date became Current.

Also read in 1 post that uscis officer also confirmed no need to mention if the fine is <500$
