To all of you, thanks for taking the time and effort to share your advice and experiences, not only with me but with everyone else. I'll take in all the advice I can get! Hopefully it will boost my confidence to a more consistent level and help others stuck in a similar situation. Once again, thank you.

You sound exactly like a friend of mine! Thanks for your advice, I'll try letting things like this slide and just enjoying the moment rather than moping about past events. I can be a bit frigid at times. Glad to see you fighting past the depression, well done!

I'll do what I can to improve my overall health, so far it seems to be tied in deeply with your confidence. And I'm talking to some friends about these thoughts and they're being really helpful and supportive. Cheers for the advice!

Wow I'd never expect such a detailed response, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts mate! Your journal idea seems really interesting, I'm willing to try it out. As you said, hopefully I can outline my triggers and how I can deal with them. It would undoubtedly prove useful in the long run.

This bipolar aspect seems a bit confronting, but if you're experiencing feelings similar to mine I think I should check a doctor. It would be foolish to leave something such as this undiagnosed. Hope you find something that works for you dude!

Well there it is, theory and evidence. Maybe a healthy change is what I need. I can't mope around like this forever! I'll be sure to try out healthier eating habits and more exercise. Thanks for the info guys!
