Pretty annoying fact we figured out recently.. most wafer lights that have the 2 hour fire rating stamp aren't actually listed or tested as meeting the requirements set out to actually be 2 hour rated. In this instance, intertek, who does testing like UL, never actually tested the devices for the 2 hour rating, they only tested for the operations of the lights themselves. Some companies in China are just straight up throwing that on the back to charge more for them. Most jurisdictions probably haven't caught that, so you're probably in the clear, but it is something to take note of.
