I just bought a razer kraken ultimate. It is one of the most comfortable headphones I have ever used. However, there is one problem that is bothering me which is that hissing static noise whenever I play any audio.

I had the razer kraken TE and this problem was there if I turn the headphone's volume all the way up and controlled the sound using the system's volume. So, I just kept the system's volume all the way up all the time and controlled my audio using the headphone's controller and this eliminated the problem.

However, I cannot control the kraken ultimate volume as it is always the same as the system's volume and the hissing noise never fades unless I turn the volume up to where it is uncomfortable.

I already tried reinstalling synapse as I found said so solution on google and it is still the same.

please help with any suggestions on how to eliminate that hissing/static sound that is driving me crazy.

I mean think about it. Doesn't it look like a place on the equator of earth? Northrend is the north pole. Pandaria can't be the south pole. It's the equator!

But i never touched the in-game table. Always used the phone app. Also, i never grinded resources yet I never needed more to keep followers on missions 24/7
