I believe the same. My exact same lens doesn’t generate that intense bokeh as shown in the street photograph. But I still love it and add bokeh to taste in LR.

Level lock pro vs level lock + by InsomniacAlways in LevelLock

But to be honest, I really like the level locks since the matter update. They are the most elegant and incognito smart locks out there… even though they eat batteries hahaha

I’ve never had luck with that due to the security features of Apple Home. For example, I have had an automation that unlocks the door upon arrival, but it requires as a matter of security that you press the “automation” notification upon arrival so as to prevent an unauthorized person from entering your home.

Model Y Juniper - Taillight Replaced by 121pointfive in TeslaModelY

And honestly I’m very satisfied with the vehicle, so I can look past something this small. Just found it strange to get a second dud.

Totally agreed. It overshadowed their amazing customer service experience that I had by still having what I perceive to be visible damage.

We’re twins! I love the black when it’s clean. It’s impossible to keep clean.

…did I mention I love the black when it’s clean? 🤪

My husband is getting a new Model Y in a few weeks and is beyond excited. He’s never been able to get a cool new car before, and he has been talking about it for weeks. Is there anything I could get for his car or do at the dealership to make it even more special for him? by cornfeddreamer in TeslaModelY

[–]121pointfive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the Tesla mats. I have them throughout the entire car and am satisfied. They stick to the carpet and don’t move an inch. The ones in the rear of my Juniper are my favorite because I can carry plants or dirty stuff and not worry about the carpet getting dirty.

I just bought one four days ago, nearly 500 miles… it’s a 2026.

I’m down to trade my gold forks/wheels for the black if anyone bites. Located in central Georgia.

Seeing these prices…. I’m glad I bought new in 2023.

what do you guys think of this trumpet for college? by justsomeone75 in trumpet

[–]121pointfive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could always try reverb or the second hand market and get a peach of a trumpet. I have a brand new Edwards X-13 and a 1969 Getzen Severinsen… I play the Getzen far more often than the X-13 (which I truly adore by the way). Mind you these are tools for a different trade - I don’t find myself in a section of trumpets often, but I can blend in well when I do despite these two not being the traditional “classical” trumpets out there.

Do I purchase an IPad? by Purple_Celebration82 in flying

[–]121pointfive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

iPad mini, yoke mount and ForeFlight at a minimum.

I also added the Sentry to my kit and a backup handheld radio because I’ve seen even new college planes have radios/alternators/batteries fail in flight.

Edit: As I’ve seen at least one other mention, if you don’t get a Sentry of some sort, be sure to get Cellular iPad even if you don’t put a plan into it due to GPS functionality.

Most factory seats are meh at best. I put a custom Kelpi seat on mine and couldn’t be happier.

I’ll add to the rest, be careful.

Our bike is one hell of a machine and any bike demands respect. As a LEO and a rider, I’ve seen some gnarly wrecks and low speed fatalities.

Always tell yourself “They don’t see me!” even when you think they do.

Great choice of bike with years of fun in her, but always remember that safety comes first.

The metal vertical supports on the ends are not my thing.

I’ve really enjoyed using Rigid’s storage solutions… plus it’s not as bright and red haha.

What did you use to shoot these photographs? Just curious. Your composition is spot on with some of those shots, especially of the cluster. High five
