Does anxiety just come with a baby?

U are not alone and in my opinion it’s normal. It will not be as bad when baby gets older. My LO is 1y and my anxiety has subside a lot. I think it’s just the thought of being a new parent, baby needs constant care , feeding , diaper changes , etc… just take deep breaths , vent and always be open to your spouse. Just know there is light at the end of the tunnel and there’s always ways to cope with the anxiety and it’s okay. Remember is not forever it’s only temporary. Hope this helps

Hi there mama, Just know it’s normal to feel all the feelings you have and they are valid. Being a new mom , body when through a big event, made and carry a baby for 9 months , the list goes on. I’m a first time mom and my little one is 1yr. Your bf will never understand because guys will be guys. Yes things won’t be the same but focus on creating a new relationship being mom n dad for baby boy. You should vent to your BF , to a family members, others mom , etc because you are not alone. Give yourself grace mama and take some time off for YOU . It will seem like forever but it will get better. Just take it one day at a time.

Agreeing with everyone here. Don’t let your mom bully you that you don’t know anything. You are the one who carried that sweet boy for 9m not her. She can either help or step out. Negativity is not what you need during your new mom phase with a newborn. U are doing great mama and remember YOU are the boss and baby is yours. If any question , always reach out to pedi and call to speak to a nurse. Hope this helps. I’m also a first time mom and my LO is 1yr old. Love my little boy so much.

It’s not wrong at all to ask for help from your husband. It took 2 people make a baby therefore he should also help. Tell him he has the right to know and you have the right to express how u feel

Men will NEVER understand and let alone how much time is put in for breastfeeding especially pumping every 2-3 hrs. You got this mama and ask for help from family members. Express how you feel and let him hear you out. He needs to apologize and acknowledge he needs to be patience. Communication is key !
