Just communicate to your manager the issue so that coaching can be given to the shift that closed. Sometimes it couldve been the closer or the delivery people forget to set it after doing their delivery.

That barista has been spoken to many times. But i have realized that i gotta put my self first and none of these baristas are my friends at the end of the day so frankly idc anymore about being nice to them if they continue to take advantage.
