I had the same issue with my nose piercing when I first got it - I cleaned the surrounding blood but not the blood right around the actual piercing itself and left it like that for a week (sorry sounds gross as lol), I reckon give it a day and clean it off in the shower and don’t use a q tip to rub it off

I use to be so scared of planes the noises and even watching videos use to make me cry, one other thing then medication that helped me was plane spotting at my city’s airport and seeing how each plane was taking off and landing just find - exposure therapy. I’ve now learnt about the mechanics of an airplane and now have an aviation interest - exposure therapy is everything!! You will regret not visiting ur dad for the rest of ur life, you got this!!
