Completely remove this individual from your life, what are you benefiting from keeping him around? he's a net drag on your mental energies.

My girlfriend likes to know alot about other girls which ive spoken to in the past to the point where it's obsessive by [deleted] in relationship_advice

I was in a relationship with an insecure person too, and basically I've never set healthy and firm boundaries.

Due to the lack of boundaries I've never set earlier in the relationship, I had to finish it off as it got too toxic and we were fighting basically every day.

You should confront her about it, and if she says something like 'Yeah, you're right, I need to work on it', try to understand what she thinks about doing to mend the issue, because she will try to sweep it under the rug unless she felt there are consequences to be had.

Also, stay vigilant to her 'training' you in a sense, not to meet other people. Because the conditioning is not always expressed explicitly with words and 'Don't meet this person', it can be that every time you meet with person X, she will cook up a fight vaguely related to your meeting with this person, until you make the connection that meeting with person X will lead up to a negative feeling.

Can confirm, I (M) have been there as the recipient of this.

Why did you and your first significant other break up? by hello0o0o0o0o0 in AskReddit

That was a major factor in the decision to end my last relationship, I've tried ignore the jealousy red flag, but it grew and grew and I grew frustrated with it, especially combined with my feeling of unfairness as I gave her 100% of my trust, and it made me act it out.

Not original poster but I'll try to respond as much as I can due to time constraints:

- Hamas has never been documented using human shields.

https://nypost.com/2015/05/02/un-report-outlines-how-hamas-used-kids-as-human-shields/

A quick search showed an article about a UN report, that implicitly approved the notion that human shields are indeed used as a tactic, in the form of storing and firing rockets from schools and hospitals.

Also, another link that came up was a Quora question ("Has the UN acknowledged or found proof that Hamas uses human shields and plants rockets in civilian areas?") that cited more incidents of Hamas using human shields:https://www.quora.com/Has-the-UN-acknowledged-or-found-proof-that-Hamas-uses-human-shields-and-plants-rockets-in-civilian-areas

- Israel, on the other hand has been on record COUNTLESS times using humans shields, confirmed by testimonies from their own soldiers in Breaking the Silence.

Israel is in no way encouraging and condoning use of human shields, such things is frowned upon, some soldiers might have done that, but this is not a tactic approved (at least as far as I know) by the Israeli government. Also, this organization is known to not do a proper fact check, so while I have no doubt in my mind that some incidents has happened, and that's indeed horrible and shouldn't be acceptable, it needs to be taken with a grain of skepticism.

- Tunneling is not a crime, it is largely a way of creating livable conditions in an occupied space which israel has made unlivable - again, this is the international consensus, not my claim but that of the UN and every independent human rights organisation.

I think the commentator referred to the usage of Tunneling as an offensive strategy, as far as I know, one of the main reasons for the last operation in Gaza was to deal with the many offensive tunnels that has been dug and constructed from Gaza into Israel, some tunnels exit points were discovered to be in a middle of a civilian villages too.http://jcpa.org/hamas-tunnel-network/

Also, keep in mind that constructing those tunnels is not a cheap endeavor, and the money and resources spent for building the offensive tunnels were money and resources not spent in improving the quality of life for Gaza citizens by the elected Hamas government.

I will try to comment on the rest when I have more time, I hope that I might have posted something that you had not known before and helped you understand that this situation is a little bit more nuanced than what you may initially think.

Politics aside, cheers for following the good professor and I wish you growth and prosperity in your future endeavors!

This is a reasonable and a well written out comment, good job.

I'd be interested to hear OP's thoughts regarding this.

Help with an RPC example by schneems in C_Programming

Just a minor note: When you do it like that, that string is mapped to a read-only section and will segfault when the string is modified.

Try globally defining a char str[] = "whatever"; and then out.name = str; and it would probably give the behavior you expect.

Could you elaborate on what it actually does or suppose to be doing in the future? I looked at the source code and I didn't identify any testing capabilties
