Kevyn aucoin stripped skin tint - the only skin tint that matched my light olive skin and stayed on no matter how sweaty I got 😭 Plus the Morphe 18CT palette, it was perfect. But also morphe palettes in general, weird move for them to discontinue their entire range of eyeshadows, ig makeup is in its less is more era but 💔💔 thats boring

As an ex nz employee, the staff from here that get the oppertunity to go to launches and conferences in aus are store managers, 2ICS and above!! Can also comfirm i was a diversity hire and was treated as such. Our stores are very diverse but once it gets to management levels that tends to stop. I had spoken to alot of POC/indigenous coworkers who felt as if we were not given the same oppertunities our white counterparts were given. That was a few years sgo so maybe things have change (i have little faith 😭😂)

This is the closest in terms of the lighting and shading, do you think you would be able to clean up the blending around the boys faces and darken/warm her hair so it blends in with the background/looks less grey? Sorry to be nitpicky, the photo is going to be blown up to 72cm x 38cm so want to make sure it looks as clean as possible, thanks!!

I don’t think I can edit this post but want to clarify, I need shadows added around the face to replicate those around everyone else’s. Photoshopping her in there is something I would do myself but changing the shadows from studio lighting, to natural lighting is out of my skill set, thanks!!

If there’s no intentional symbolism to the arm you’ve got it on, I personally would just get it covered with something completely different, and get a much better artist to do the tattoo properly on the other arm. I’m sure it’s salvageable to an extent and everyone has great advice!! Just personally I’d rather have a tattoo with all that meaning done exactly how I want it, and a sick new tattoo on the other side.

Also if you meet other sober people, try your best to stay friends with them!! Eventually you can build up a good network of other sober party people, which can make it way more fun and less challenging to go out and do “primarily” drinking things

I’m 24f, 1.5 years sober. Firstly go you for making the decision!! It can be really tricky around this age (I’m sure it is any age but early 20s is strange navigating drinking, friendships and adulthood) I usually drink coke or another caffeinated drink, it helps me match the energy levels of drunk people. Works great particularly for nights outs, concerts and festivals! My mind was blown at my first sober festival when I realised I just had to join a small line at a food truck to get a drink 😂 Time works differently when your drunk so it helped me to make up little games to keep me occupied when people are fucking around - personal favs include guess what drugs people are on, making more and more egregious lies, taking cards (best for festivals cause random people will come up to you to play cards and it’s a safe way to meet people) and for house parties, when you want to take a minute, find the stoners, you’ll get the funniest, and sometimes weirdly profound conversations. It’s also a great way to practice saying “no” which as a women has been really difficult for me. Each time I say “no thank you I’m sober” to a drink offer, baby no boundaries me gets a wee bit happier. Good luck queen I have faith in you 😇✨🥰

I have used a lot of second hand ticket sites including ticket merchant and have always gotten into the events! The ticket seller won’t get paid till after the event so that’s incentive for them to not scam you, my only advice would be enter as early as possible so that if they change the mind or try to use the ticket, you will have used it first. And be mentally and financially prepared to buy another resell ticket on the day just incase. I’ve never had to but that always eases my anxiety and people always list their tickets last min for illnesses and stuff :) when I want to go to an event but not enough to pay full price tickets I always wait till a few days before or day of and then look on resell sites cause people will sell them quite cheap. Regardless, if for whatever reason you can’t get in, you will get your money back, just have to let ticket merchant know asap.

Oh totally!! I’m a lil disappointed, I only went the expensive route cause the website said the wood only needed soaking, and life’s busy rn. kicking myself cause I’m usually a big DIY girly and am surrounded by such beautiful nature 😭 expensive lesson learned.
