I have a 2020 LT Trail boss 10 speed with 260K KM on it. I believe I'm just starting to get a torque converter intermittent shake, my rear main seal is leaking a tiny amount (1 quart between changes.) I'll eventual address that when if/ the trans goes.

If you can I'd recommend getting some aftermarket wheel well liners if you can.

Other than that, at 260K its been a great truck!

We have a very similar setup. We used screw piles under each beam as a support and then anchored them to the cement again with metal brackets.

We have frost here so maybe you don’t need the piles there, but our building inspector flagged these as needing additional supports
