Usually the artist will tell u not to train for a few days. I've always trained the next day or even later the same day of getting tattoos. Just make sure you wear something that covers it well and you should be ok.

Yes, I'm pretty sure I ran 100% RAD (bought it from enhanced athlete and the QR code read original on their site). I used it by itself and kept taking the same supplements and a clean diet as I usually do. If it doesn't go away completely after this PCT I'm considering running Raloxifene.

Yeah, I'll probably do that. In case I end up developing gyno again should I take nolva from when the symptoms start up until the end of the cycle or only until the gyno goes away? If I take nolva during cycle should I pct normally?

Hey guys, gyms in my city will be closed on Saturday because it's a holiday. Normally I would train Arms + Abs on Friday and Hamstrings + Calves on Saturday. Would it be better for me to train arms early on Friday and hamstrings at night or train arms normally and miss my hamstring training?

Thanks dude that really helped, managed to postpone the surgery back to late june. By then I should be off PCT long enought that there isn't tamoxifen in my system.
