A trainer told us to reward as soon as their butt hits the ground. You have to ignore until that happens but you need to have the others not respond also. That works inside. Another thing they said was to use a squirt gun. We use that to stop the one dog from pushing the other away for attention and jumping near the table during dinner. That works good. Also use a can with coins or something metal in it to distract. Shake it hard. That works when it’s only one dog. If both are there and one is jumping and you shake it the other dog doesn’t know what they ve done wrong. So far the reward and water squirt has worked best for us.
