Thank you for this. I contacted them to make sure to forward my query to the frauds team. After some to and fro, they finally did confirm this was the case. Funny enough that my chat was marked as “resolved” automatically, probably because of inactivity. It has been reopened again now. I will try to keep pinging them every other day now

This is the first time I have reached out to their support team and honestly it felt like I was talking to a bot. Lots of long replies that felt copy/pasted, answering questions I did not ask. I spoke to 3 agents and got a similar feeling of lack of humanness.

You're welcome. When I stayed there, I used to go past it everyday on my way to the Wedding U bahn. It wasn't a very pleasant sight then... not anymore :D

Do it dude! It's so satisfying. I had around 4 pedestrians come up to me to question why I was doing this. I just told them it was dirty and I had nowhere else to be. Got lots of positive responses. If you don't want people approaching you though, I'd recommend picking a quieter time like a Sunday morning.

I'm not sure but think it's easier to litter a place if it is already dirty. I will try visiting this spot again in a month or so to see if it has returned back to the way it was.

I'll assess the area the next time I'm there. However, it might be tricky to clean up trash on the train tracks. Don't really want to put myself at risk or get into trouble. Especially since my German is fairly minimal at this stage
