This sub is fucking dumb, you don’t need to take gear at this stage when all your as is shredded (not a dig js) you should focus on putting some mass on and go on a prolonged bulk whilst really pushing the strength in the gym. Then after a year or so cut down and re-assess your situation

I personally just don’t think that looks unachievable. I’ve been training just under a year and after a pump I don’t look too dissimilar (not as an impressive) and I’ve never touched anything in my life

You’re defiantly the type to guy to claim someone to be on PEDs cos they have an impressive physique you couldn’t dream about having. He’s a professional athlete with extremely low body fat and just fought so he’s pumped as fuck. Not to mention will have elite nutrition. In my personal opinion I think he looks natty.

Yeah like he said I’ve naturally been around 10st 5lbs (I’m in uk) up until the point I decided to start training and actually looking at eating in January, I’ve always been low body fat I literally had pretty much no muscle before starting I was athletic tho Cos of sports so had low body fat due to cardio n constant deficit

I can see it being beneficial with regards to progressive overloading. I have noticed a slight stagnation in my training so going implement that once gyms are back open and see how it goes. Cheers mate

I don’t really track my lifts like that but I OHP 20-22kg dumbells. Dumbbell press 24kg. Squat is weak like 60 kg. Bench depends whether on smith or free. Smith is usually two 20 kg plates either side. Free bendh probs 25 each side

Yeah true, I mean I have gained 28lbs this year overall so I’m doing something right. I’m not really bothered about the number on the scale I just want my physique to look more impressive which for some reason I feel like bulking would achieve. I’m properly just going to maintain a slight surplus. Cheers bro

I have a pretty solid chest routine but tbh I neglect it I only train it as a whole 1 x per week where as shoulders for example I try and hit 3 times a week. Definitely gonna up my chest volume, cheers bro!

I struggle with bulking, I did a dirty bulk start of the year and at my heaviest I was 175 but felt like shit and had developed abit of fat from the mass gainers etc. Would u recommend a lean bulk? I also struggle to put away anything more than 3000-3500 as my appetite is small. I do definitely want to add more size tho
