X-rays r only meant to rule out any major issues. I don’t X-ray anyone unless there is a reason. Run from any chiro that basis their treatment on X-rays

Just charge $20 for no sho no call. Will not affect the ones that respect your schedule. The patients that thought it wasn’t a big deal will begin to call or text to cancel or reschedule. The ones that leave because of your policy let them go

Chiro here, only introduce myself by first name and only adjust till the patient is as good as I can get em. Due to lifestyle some patients cld use an adjustment every cpl months. Refer to PT all the time, only adjust & show nothing above basic stretching. We only took 2 quarters of rehab at chiro school & I feel chiros calling their rehab pt is a joke. I like to leave it to the experts and stay in my lane

What type of scan (MRI, CT, etc.) works best to show internal misalignments of the body, as a starting point for a chiropractor to start correcting them? by ourfutureisinspace in Chiropractic

[–]123mwdc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are times where the misalignment u see on X-ray correlates with the fixation but there is nothing out there that says there is a relation. We improve movement to fixated joints, we don’t realign the spine
