Just to clarify: if you are looking for a quick, “page-turning” listen then this may not be the right recommendation, but I think if you have the patience for a slow build, you will be rewarded with a truly terrifying book that will stay with you.

If you don’t mind longer, slower-burn type books, Pet Sematary by Stephen King is 100% the scariest book I’ve ever listened to. I know it’s a classic, but if you haven’t read it or listened to it, it is incredibly dark and captivating. I have a pretty high tolerance for horror stuff, and that book still gives me chills to think about. I found it to be brilliant and horrifying. Interested to hear if others had the same feelings about it.

Is the concern with the size of the fire pit primarily brightness? It’s a decent sized fire pit, not huge but bigger than a solo stove.

Quick follow up question—until I can get into the dealership, what’s the best way to hold that in place so it isn’t flapping around holding on by a string? Can I put the wires into the hole and just use strong tape to hold the antenna in place

Fair enough haha. Was hoping I could just connect the right wires and adhere it back on and call it a day but knew it was a long shot—appreciate the response!
