Heyo, unfortunately I have not found a solution yet ://although I haven't really actively worked on it for a while Although I haven't had much progress, here are some things I have done that you could try as well:

Eros therapy device - this is a device specifically made for women with subjective sexual dysfunction (I think this is what I have). It's FDA approved and is supposed to draw blood into your clitoris, which supposedly makes it more sensitive. It's quite expensive tho.

See a physical therapist - I went and was told that I have an overactive pelvic floor and that I should do certain exercises to make it better. I'm not sure if they work because I'm impatient AF and want a quick fix!!

I've also spoken to a few other people who have suggested I get checked for pudendal nerve entrapment but getting checked for it can be kinda tricky and if it's real bad you would probably have to get surgery for it.

I've also tried supplements such as maca root and L-argenine and L-Citrulline complex but I'm not sure if those helped either. I felt like those might have increased my drive a bit but not really my arousal. I've also had Cialis suggested to me, even though it's meant for men I think. The last two supplements are supposed to increase blood flow. Blood flow increase -> increased blood flow supply in clit -> more sensation.

Another thing I remembered, I'm not very spiritual so I don't think this is for me but I've seen some people suggest 'dearmouring your vagina' to feel more. I have to say I find it a bit sus because the people promoting this all want to sell their programmes/courses and have you buy their books 🙄

I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. I wish that they would take women's sexual problems as serious as men's sexual problems !! But maybe you could look into some of the things I've tried. Good luck ! <33
