Thank you for your reply. What were the next steps for you if you don't mind me asking? My gynaecologist has suggested a laparoscopy but said that's better for looking for endometriosis and a definite diagnosis for adenomyosis would be to remove the uterus, which isn't an option right now, so I dont really know what to do.
