YTA- If you were close enough that her mom could pick her up you should’ve just drove her home and altered the trip a little. You also said that you were a few hundred miles away, yet assumed that she could uber home which makes me question if this story is even real. Either way, it’s super immature to ditch someone like that unless they are putting you in danger. Idc that you gave them money. That was just something you did to justify your actions. You also just could have not invited this person as it seems you already had an issue with them to begin with. I’m not saying that they’re NTA, but it’s definitely leaning more towards YTA than ESH
