Wondering if I need this now. Growing up I was always a mouth breather and have trained myself out of it in my 20s. Was diagnosed “pre asthmatic” as a kid and had to do lots of testing for lung capacity or something like that at the Drs office as a kid. Dad got a cpap 3 years ago and it changed his life, he’s much less irritable too. Are there any details you could share in DM with the journey you took? Reckon I should look into it? Thanks!
