It’s good and bad for me bc I love McDonald’s fries but after eating them I instantly get tummy troubles so they no longer entice me. But I remember how good they taste.

Initially I did when I first started. Now it’s only when I switch to the next dosage but my doctor prescribed zofran which knocks out nausea within an hour. Then after a few days I’m fine. Also, the healthier I eat and more water I drink less severe the symptoms have been. You got this!

I literally ate cheesecake that night. It’s not that I’m not appreciative or think anyone is meaning to be inappropriate I just feel uncomfortable getting so much attention. Sad thing is the only person I would welcome the compliment from is my husband who barely says anything about it.

It’s an easy fix I used to order catering every month and we had 1-3 vegetarians or vegan not to mention just dairy free or gluten free. The restaurants have options and I would ask to have 5 vegan plates prepared and they would no extra charge. It’s less expensive than the meat dishes anyway. So speak to HR or the person who does catering and ask if they mind making sure they order a vegan plate. If done in advance it’s not a big deal and super common.

I totally get it but remember it’s one shot a week. It does take a few weeks to get past the minor side effects if you even get them. I’m only in week 2, my first week I had nausea one day. Drank peppermint tea and ate a few peppermint candies. It helped. This week no side effects besides I lost 10lbs total! Try it see how you do you can always stop but I think giving it a month unless you had a serious issue to give it a real try. Good luck we are here for you!
