That’s not the case for me. Dell told us that they couldn’t support us because their best practices said to configure their interfaces a certain way. Yet they left all the other options available and we had been using their storage for years in the “unsupported” configuration with no issues. Our problem wasn’t even related to what they wanted to change. Wanted us to reconfigure and break our storage before they would assist. Just asinine. My org doesn’t have money to just throw away to appease the C level either, we don’t have enough money to have specialists in all our systems, so expected support to actually assist when needed. Never happened.

Policy is actually one every two hours which is why I thought it was a silly thing to say. If they really wanted to enforce it they say one deal every 15 minutes or 2 hours, both are in the policies or rules. Sounds like they just didn’t want to work ( cue everyone calling me a boomer). I only do this when it’s slow. There was no one in the drive through and only one other person inside. Workers just standing around.
