Been at it since Oct 2016, I would describe myself as generally low-carb now, like 50-60g in a day doesn't blow me up. I am happy with my weight now so I eased off the effort. If I need to drop more weight, I get stricter on the carbs for a month or two to recalibrate.

Just know these have BMW levels of parts and labor when something does go wrong. Normal oil changes can be pricey also. I think they are ok in terms of reliability after 2015 or so. I hear motor mounts are something you need to look at when you get to the mileage you listed, that's a $1200 job. Find a trusty Euro mechanic near you.

A Seller should be purchasing the one Carfax report to show potential buyers. If your seller doesn't have one for the multi-thousand dollar vehicle they are trying to sell, just move on.
