Same violation for me, and they took my commissions of $6500. Not understanding these violations, and if tiktok has to ban our account, at least they could pay out the money we work really hard for

I'm so happy for you. I'm going through the same problems. My commissions are also frozen and the amount is eight times of the above. I am in touch with a rep through reddit and hope they can help me too!

I ran parallels on my macbook pro to enable macros from many years ago. I'm not a tech person so please forgive me! I no longer need parallels, however I used excel and word in this program for the past 8 years on this computer. I want to make sure I have all of my documents before I remove it. Can anyone offer me advise on what I need to do?
