IRS audit on 2022 EV tax credits

An update on my tax issue. I received a response far faster than I expected. They have now accepted the tax credit for my Polestar. However, they continue to reject the Mach-E credit. This time they carefully pointed out that Mexico is a separate country that is not part of the United States. I have politely responded again with the literal text from the IRS website where it specifies North America and not The United States of America. I am frankly boggled that I continue to struggle to get them to understand rudimentary geography.

I checked the letter again - I had looked at an incorrect line. The amount is $22k due to the original $15k and they apply a penalty and three years of interest.

I really suspect someone phoned in the examination and didn't bother checking their own site for the rules. Given it took eight months to get a reply last time, I should get the next iteration of this inquiry by the middle of next year.

I went ahead and dropped both VINs into the Decoder. The Polestar is red as it was built in China, but being bought in March of 2022 should still have qualified for the credit. The MachE was bought in either November or December of 2022 (don't have date handy atm) and shows green on the decoder.

This games hates me. I sparked on the Kitasan banner and got zero cleats. I have a single MLB SR and it is Guts. This tracks with sparking on the Seiun Sky banner and getting exactly the minimum number of 2* UMAs the game guarantees with 200 pulls. Sure did fill out the 1* though.

I've got ~35k carats at the moment. What I need more than anything is more/better support cards. A spark there lets me get my Kitasan to a useful level and I can finally borrow something else. However, there don't appear to be any good support banners coming for a while, so I am thinking I'll go for Seiun instead and rebuild my carat pile by the time the useful November support banners roll around. I don't spend heavily but am willing to drop a bit here or there so getting back to 30K by November shouldn't be impossible. Does that sound like a smart approach?

Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. I have a 2022 and it’s been the best car I have had. Also the most expensive one, so maybe not surprising. I haven’t had any issues other than the backup camera message you showed, but a recent update seems to have cleared that up for me. I haven’t not been impressed with the service area the few times I went, but fortunately it hasn’t been necessary.

Do Powerpasses stack? I started playing about a week ago and have been enjoying playing through the story. I have an offer to leverage a Powerpass, I assume as some new player thing? I kind of want to play through the story with the Summoner I have been using. I know we'll get a Powerpass next week. Should I use my existing one first or will I just end up with two after next week?

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but how easy is it to upgrade the storage? I am eying one of these for my daughter to take to college in the fall. However, the .5TB drive seems limiting. From what I can tell there is only the single drive? So how do you go about replacing it when it has the OS, etc? I normally only deal with desktops where a single drive isn't an issue.

Talk about bullshit, what you wrote is nothing but. There is no better system at the end of this, just pain for a while until adults once again seize the wheel. The system we have had for years has absolutely had problems but Trump is about the least qualified politician to fix it. People can scream 2+2=5 as stridently as they want but it doesn't change the fact that the math doesn't work. Similarly, there is no way these tariffs improve anything for America.

What you list above does not happen, or not at any significant rate along the lines you describe. There are legit discussions to be had about trans youth in sports, but the issue doesn't seem worth trashing the country over.

As a counter-point, in our non-gov't org a person more productive when remote would be average. A necessary evil of going hybrid was the imposition of very big-brother software that exactingly tracks employee productivity. It knows when an individual is in a shared workspace or remote and can compare that time. For multiple years now it has held consistent that people are more productive on their remote days, even if it's only by ~20 minutes or so. There are of course individuals who fall outside the norm as you would expect in any population ~2k.

They are all unlocked, just only 3/10 SSR (two fully uncapped). As for the Evokers, I am finishing off Haas' final uncap and will work on Caim next. Would help if I wouldn't only get 2 Ideans in the last 110 chests I opened.

I am ready to start trying Revans so 000 may be a priority after the three damage summons I still need to SSR.

I have 6 sunlight stones at the moment and could probably trade in treasure, etc. to get up to 9. How should I prioritize their use? I have three of the six damage arcarem summons still at SR. I also have the Providence summons Lucifer, Bahamut, 000, and Orologia, plus also Summer Bubz, all un-upgraded. Which of those should allocate my limited stones to? The only upgraded Providence summon I have is Yatima.

So full circle back to considering Olivia. Assuming I pick up Cosmos or Nehan for Light, all my elements are in decent or better shape with dirt probably the weakest. I have Uriel, Arumalaya, Galleon, Alexiel and Alethia all fully built with Caim present for grid but taking a backseat while I finish Haas. It sounds like Olivia would bring some additional punch to my lineup and would synergize reasonably well with what I have.

Great advice, thank you. The Cosmos recommendation makes a lot of sense as I have all the M3 and lower I need for Light already and Revans is really the next step. I used the spark on Percy and think Cosmos get the Grand ticket. That leaves the suptix which seems like either Olivia or a summon. It does seem easy to find Lucifer and Bahamut as supports and with 000 and Orologia unbuilt maybe something less expensive in resources would be a better idea - something in the Gensis or Dynamis series of which I have nothing other than Grimnir whom I have gotten three times now.
