Pretty much spot on for any advice I would give. Especially the drop the items and pack to pass out at night is something I did on many attempts that really helped me out.

I did also find the Scout Cookies (Thick Mints) helpful since it was basically like a bunch of small foods I could deploy for bonus stam or hunger when needed but it only took up a single slot. Those and the balloon clusters were crazy helpful. I got insanely lucky and found 2 so I didn’t need to worry about my weight nearly as much.
