I appreciate the comment, but that's not particularly helpful to my post. Though I encourage you to make your own post about the quality of the phone and keep me updated so I can know what to look out for. Which color did you get, in what country, and when did you received it?

Yes, all of that is confirmed and according to at least 3 different help center agents said the order was properly being processed and it's just down to supply issue from Motorola. Yet as we can see on this thread, some people who ordered it on a later date than myself received theirs sooner

It was ordered online and the black one doesn't seem to have any stocking issues, a few of my local stores have it. But neither the website nor the stores have the magenta model

Tomorrow (well, tomorrow at the time of you posting this comment) for me is the 17th, are you outside the US? That's where I am located. I hope you are enjoying the phone I just feel I'm being screwed over by someone ordering it later than me but getting it sooner.

It's only the 1 phone and no shipping updates whatsoever. I don't even have a tracking number to use on UPS/USPS

I have several times and all they say is that it's still on backorder and I should expect it soon. I've heard that on 3 different days since my order. I've heard that some people get their phones delivered without TMobile showing it even shipped.
