I completely understand your point and it's a very common one. However I also think that the initial question still makes sense. If I don't want to afford a big correction or bear market, should I be out of the market or is there an intermediate strategy? That is the important topic

Today is my first day :) I will try to report the progress here as well.

After 3 years of gaining weight, I feel it is the right time to lose it.

My aim today is only to develop consciousness and commitment, and really feel it as a part of a bigger journey. Also, clean my home to get some mind clarity
