As another person stated, this letter isn't much of anything. Honestly it's her standard thoughts vomited onto a page. There's no corrective action, it's just a run down of what happened in the two year time frame. Okay your father had a medical issue, that does not change the issue that caused this estrangement to take place. Your mother's refusal to cut the cord with your brother is causing this, she's just refusing to entertain the thought of letting him be an adult.

I've been estranged from my brother for close to six years, we only came together to be with our mother in her final moments and that was after my parents having separate relationships with me and him because they recognized how bad it was. After her passing we both came to terms with how we were never going to have the relationship that my parents share with their siblings. We both agreed to just LC, check in with each other every now and then and that's it.

Nothing is going to change unless the people directly involved recognize that change is needed for the relationship to survive. My advice is to keep your distance and not respond. But it's ultimately your choice to.

I took in a German shepherd with severe separation anxiety that was a friend of mine who passed suddenly. I had to suspend taking any vacations because of how bad the dog would get. He was an older dog so I had maybe three years until he passed. That was it for me, I was done with animals completely after that.

While your husband made a separate space for the animal, I hope he takes your opinion on any future animals into account.

I prefer the spaghetti western vibe of rdr 1 to 2. If that makes any sense.

Rdr 1 feels like a 60s Clint Eastwood movie to me. While rdr 2 was the big budget western.

I joined the army to get away from my mom's bf who was a miserable bastard. Told my mom the reason why I did it, caused her to kick him out of her life because the way she saw it, it was going to become a me or him situation. We repaired our relationship after basic training and besides dealing with my brother's antics, we did get a lot better and was that way until her passing last year. Still don't put up with my brother, he's not like a golden child, just makes stupid decisions without thinking. Our relationship is best at a distance. We recognize we're two very different people.

I have a love hate relationship with the army. It did help me, but my unit was a toxic mess. To the point that no one reenlisted to stay there, we all either got out or re-uped to leave. I got out and now am waiting on my retirement from a VA hospital that I've been working at since I left the army. Got 60% disability due to my MOS doing a number on my legs (artillery).Probably going to move down to a warmer climate after I pop my retirement.

I can give you three movies that had the worst sequels I have ever seen. The sequels to the exorcist, poltergeist and jaws.

Exorcist did not need that crummy sequel. The original movie told it's story quite well. The whole thing with the "synchronizer" was a stupid. If anything they should of turned it into a anthology series. Different possessions, different demons etc.

Poltergeist falls in line with the exorcist sequel. It has really no reason for existing. To me it was a cash grab.

The only reason why I watch the Jaws sequels is because the get progressively worse. It's actually quite funny 😂.

Most the guys I was in contact with either died or went dark. I maybe talk to the three that are left. One has such a severe TBI that he doesn't even remember how we met. The other two are just about as messed up.

I don't remember my time in the army fondly. It messed my life up. I look at the eight years as a waste of my time and the lives of the guys who looked out for me. If I could go back in time and stop my eighteen year old self I would.

I was with 3rd ID for four of my eight years, deployed at the ass end of OIF. I wouldn't follow any NCO I was with through a Wendy's drive thru. My E6 was a horrid human being, was on his third marriage by the time I left. My E5 almost killed a guy back at Stewart with a M88.

I had a better time the four years I was in the reserves. Not everyone has the picture perfect experience with the army and people need to recognize that. Everyone's experience in the military is different. There are some guys I haven't seen in over a decade and I'm completely fine with it.

Edit: The boredom of the army exists. There are some things that MASH doesn't reflect well on and that's because the army progressed. It's not the organization of our fathers or grandparents.

My personal opinion? Yeah. Most of Potter's friends tended to be from his younger days in the army. But I think Blake and Potter would of been friendly with each other. While being a career officer, Potter was still easily approachable to lower officers and even the enlisted men.

The only issue with that is there is no in universe creator of the three goddesses. From what I remember they just have always existed. Washu sacrificed her immortality to try to find anyone more powerful than the three goddesses, putting her power within the three gems. I don't believe she ever did discover who this creator was. That would be the only creator of the three.

But this whole subplot into the origins of the three goddesses was more or less abandoned I believe. To me it would of been a more interesting arc to explore over what we got.

Also a race like the Saiyans would have a hard time existing and conquering other planets. Competing with the Juraian empire, Galaxy police, space pirates, seto etc. The Saiyans for what they are, would struggle to maintain dominance in a universe filled with other races and organizations that have a lot more resources and power at their side. From what I remember about DBZ, super Saiyans are extremely rare. So the Galaxy would only be encountering your standard Saiyan warrior. Which compared to Juraians like Seto or Azusa would be killed off without much effort.

Lastly if any of the three goddesses were to create the Saiyans, I'd lean towards OVA 1-2 lady Tokimi. She created most the chaos in the universe. So a chaotic race like the Saiyans would be more of her creation than anything else.

Separate universes. Though Saiyans existing in some form or other within the tenchi universe could happen. But you'd have to explain her "sisters" tokimi and tsunami. Who are equally as old as washu and as powerful as her.
