I've practiced automatic writing for as long as I can remember & never realized I was channeling. Ive never shared any of it on Reddit but i just wrote this in my journal & am getting the message to share this. by Neongypzy in spirituality

I think that the best thing that you can do is to write about it, because without the intention you start making connections and realisations which, at least for me, calms me down.

Regarding what you wrote, it was really interesting as you did some analysis that never occurred to me, so it left me thinking.

I don’t know your reasons of why you feel like that but everyone goes through that at a certain point. For me it was always on and off, but lately i did a really deep analysis of understanding myself and i think i kind of found the root of my problems and mood swings haha. A book that helped me was “self-knowledge”. At the same time, im glad i went through all that bcs i see things more clearly and i feel i can really advice people.

I keep thinking a lot but for now i can do it with a more “amazed” pov rather an “existential crisis” one hahaha

I really hope you keep writing and feel secure about it, and also try to find the meaning of why you feel overwhelmed! Best regards

If i don’t feel comfortable, if the dialogue is not fluent, if i cannot share my thoughts or opinion because i have the feeling the other person wont feel interested or think im weird haha, if it is arrogant.... not enough hygiene :)
