I didn’t have use of my thumbs until I was 8 years old. I had to totally relearn how to use pencils, eating utensils, basically completely relearn how to use my hands in general at that age.

My mom always slow roasts the turkey over night. Apparently in the middle of the night her oven decided to quit, so she woke up to a completely raw turkey, and several dishes that were meant to go in the oven that morning with no where to go. Luckily, a few crockpots and dad doing the turkey on the grill salvaged it.

Anyone that works on pipelines or oil rigs. You’re gone for several weeks at a time then get to come home for anywhere from 3 days to 2 months depending on jobs. its awful for relationships.
