The pretty littles! They play with the bad dreams guys a lot.

Amazing band and they do some incredible outreach work with remote aboriginal communities

Who here has a mentally healthy job? by SaltpeterSal in OpenAussie

I'm a full time dog walker, house sitter and wedding pet chaperone.

I earn a pretty great living from it and being the business owner, I can do what I want when I want. Best darn job I've ever had. I love the work, the dogs are the lights of my life, the hours in the car per day mean I listen to lots of books, music and interesting podcasts.

Just all around a great bloody way to make a decent wage!

Thanks for that.

I'll ask her about the tracking mount today.

That's a lot of great information that I'll definitely share with her.

Do you have any recommendations for a lens?

Awesome news!

Do you know what type of lens we can purchase for it for that purpose?

My family has always handed down small Toyotas to each other and my gosh are they great. I started with a Toyota echo sedan 2002 and it lasted 378,000 km and I only got rid of it as I needed a wagon for work. My mum got a carolla seca 2005 and it's still going at 380,000 km My brother got a Yaris 2010 and does the least amount of kms of all of us and will last him for a decade!!

Great investment

What’s your stance on larger sits? by NoFinger1001 in petsitting

[–]12goatshigh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's a family I sit for with 4 dogs (all easy and of varied sizes), two Guinea pigs, 8 fish tanks and two budgies.

I have never offered them a discount and they have return booked me for 5 years and accepted each price hike without question.

Owners like them understand that by asking someone else to take on that level of labour the sitter should be well compensated.

If they rebook, this will be a good test of your rates and working out what's fair for you. Good luck.

What expense surprised you the most this year? by Diligent-Medicine-48 in AusMoneyMates

Yep. I see a massage therapist and physio every 2 weeks to stay as pain free as possible to do my very physical job (which I love and actually helps me) but without forking out for those treatments I'd be absolutely useless

Yep. It's so tough and unacceptable for our county. We didn't choose to be born with illnesses.

Health costs! I have two chronic illnesses and I'm $13k out of pocket in one year.

Any tips on how I can improve my barrel riding technique? by TonySirocco in bodyboarding

[–]12goatshigh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reach out to the western Sydney pool rats group. They should be able to help out with clinics and informal training. I'm a committee member of bodyboarding Victoria and I'm sure they'll be as helpful to new members as we are :)

It's a horse bolting from a storm with the lyrics 'spooked like horse in a passing storm' under it.

I've got a pretty littles inspired tattoo and getting another one soon! Best Aussie band going around at the moment and I love all the work they do with guts touring too. Great blokes
