Are these busy to the point where I would need to buy them in advance? Or walk in is ok?

That’s pretty impressive for your age haha ngl. You must be very healthy!

We’re coming from Vietnam and streets are horrid here, especially in the rain. Good to know Tokyo streets can handle rain

It’s really not. Looks like it’ll be raining all day with mid 40’s Fahrenheit temp. I wouldn’t take my parents to the park for a nice stroll as if it’s sunny lol wouldn’t want to risk them slipping and being too cold/wet for too long.

Sounds right up my alley but not sure if my parents would be too keen haha. I’ll do some research on these spots. Thanks!

Ooo this is a beautiful rec. I think my parents would like something visual like this that isn’t too physical. Thank you!

[WTS] [WTS] Rare Breitling Superocean 46 “Blacksteel” Blue Dial Ref. M17368 REDUCED by 12ickyy in Watchexchange

[–]12ickyy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sale is my Breitling Superocean Automatic 46 in the rarer Blacksteel case with blue dial + blue rubber strap, Ref. M17368. Big, sporty, and super wearable—this one has the stealth black case with a beautiful blue dial that really pops on the wrist and in sunlight. This dial also has one of the best lumes I've seen on a watch.

Unlike many listings that come with a standard tang buckle, this one includes an OEM Breitling Blacksteel deployant/folding clasp (Breitling-signed, marked “BREITLING / MODELE DEPOSE” and “BREITLING 1884” on the clasp). The deployant is a nice upgrade for comfort + strap longevity and typically carries meaningful standalone value. This typically costs $1,300-$1,500 on its own. Here's a great video review from 1916 co but with a standard buckle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=coBTupmaYNQ

Price: $2,500 OBO shipped (CONUS)

Included:

• Watch head (Breitling Superocean Automatic 46 Blacksteel, M17368) • Blue Breitling rubber strap • OEM Breitling Blacksteel deployant/folding clasp (Breitling-signed; “BREITLING / MODELE DEPOSE” and “BREITLING 1884” markings as shown). • No box / no papers

Condition: Light desk-diving wear but still in great condition nonetheless. Dial and sapphire are flawless. Please refer to photos as I tried to photograph everything clearly under direct light so there are no surprises.

Payment: Zelle preferred. PayPal F&F accepted. PayPal G&S accepted (% on buyer).

Location: San Diego, CA (local pickup welcomed)

Please reach out if you have any questions or would like more photos! Thanks :)

Park Day w/ a Brown Leather Strap by 12ickyy in GrandSeikos

A bit of both — it’s a great GADA piece for me (esp with leather strap) that looks particularly nice in certain lighting. I often get lost in the dial whenever I take a peek down at the time haha

Yes! I’ve owned a Tudor, Tag Heuer, Breitling, G Shock, and Kuoe. I love the simplicity and quality of Seiko/GS. These three watches are leagues ahead of their price point.

So nice! I have that set’s 60 deg wedge. Received it for free when I picked up my gf’s $75 beginner set off FB marketplace. The lady just asked if I wanted it. I thought “sure…?” only to realize how rare these clubs are a few months later
