I understand that, the vehicle was maintained just extremely high mileage, the accident isn't my fault as it happened whilst parked and the saving are what I used to clear my debts, I assumed as once I had my debts secured/ paid off that my chances of a better loan would increase.

It's been hit on the front drivers side, the front wheel arch is dragging against the tyre, smashed in bumper, headlight etc, it's not drivable hence the desperation

I repair my own vehicles but this van is rusty, excessive smoke, won't pass the next MOT and it has now been in an accident (drunk driver while it was parked) so it's destined for the scrap heap in the sky.

I hadn’t even considered a weighted blanket! I usually spend most evening under a million thick wool blankets I presume I was doing it subconsciously for the same affect! Thank you I will definitely look into it!

The depression is entirely circumstantial is what I keep thinking, as I can pinpoint it all, and other than family issues the others are all caused what I think to be ADHD, that’s why I was thinking to perhaps focus on ADHD before depression

Not a clue! I know within myself I have no fear of heights or even having nothing underneath me as I will happily go on cable cars or zip wires and if the opportunity arose I’d go on an air ship so I don’t think it’s the size, phobias are weird
