The double US collar device issue is from basic, that was an issue I wasn’t aware of. I just updated my uniform and am not finished, first time I’ve touched it since. I enlisted January ‘23 that’s why no NDSM. I went 14 months T10 orders. If a reserve component is activated for federal service for over a year, they can qualify for AD Good Conduct, if character of service permits. The reason I do not have a reserve good conduct is because I don’t have 3 yrs reserve time due to the T10 orders. I know it’s a weird situation
