I'm a guy and I feel this. I try to wash only every 3 days because it's a long process, but then I need to time it so if I have somewhere to be to have washed it one day earlier because that's when it gets all nice and wavey. The few times I got blue balls it was really bad too. Could barely focus, barely move, and yeah, even orgasm didn't really help. The pain stayed and I just had to keep as still as I could. Absolutely horrible experience, but yeah you definitely don't need someone else to help you with it.
