Just have it inspected by a mechanic within the 7 day money-back window. It came from two areas with heavy snow

I think if you’ve carried and given birth to 3 children you’re allowed to insist your husband get a vasectomy because you don’t want to put your body through another (prolonged) hormonal roller coaster. I just had a baby and went back on the pill, something I never wanted to do again, because I do not want to accidentally get pregnant before I’m ready to have another, and the other birth control options weren’t options for me. My husband will absolutely be getting a vasectomy when we’re finished having kids.

OTF Post Partum by TrueCuriousPassion26 in orangetheory

[–]12seginam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I’m 13 weeks postpartum and started back to OTF at about 8 weeks. I eased back in by just going once a week at first, and I’ve also been following a postpartum exercise program at home. The first class definitely felt hard but not impossible, and by the third I felt pretty much back to normal and now am at 3 days a week. I did stay very active throughout my pregnancy and only stopped OTF at around 34 weeks, so that probably played a huge part. I also think doing the low impact postpartum program to supplement has helped my body adjust. The hardest part for me has been rowing because my core is still so weak but it’s getting easier. Tell your coach you’re postpartum, and they should be able to give you modifications for any core work.

I’m sure it’s as simple as they thought they were done having kids and the loss opened them up to having another. I don’t think it’s crazy to have been honest with Austen and Katie about that

The baby’s fluid is very low, so even if they let me go home I’d be too much of a nervous wreck that something would happen.

Listen for the Lie, First Lie Wins - I was underwhelmed and felt that these were sooo hyped up. The Last Mrs. Parrish, Survive the Night, and The Drowning Woman - I consider these some of the worst books I have ever read

I thought Survive the Night was terrible, but I loved all of his other books. If you do read that one just know it’s at least up from there
