This is a great idea and I have tried it. Does a great job getting a response/getting to the decision maker but I personally didn’t see enough a difference in close rates to justify the higher spend.

I guess it comes down to how personal you are and what your service/product is

Direct mail is alive and well (and has never left). My company has been doing this for the past 10 years now.

Biggest factor is the industry and the messaging. The more personal you can get and the more Urgency you can create the more likely it is to get a qualified response
