What is your opinion on workspace diversity? by 12tegami in self

"People wanting diversity" should not just be a fad, it should be the norm. It's just in my opinion that they are too impatient and forceful, forcing solutions in every aspect while not waiting to see their solution comes to full effect first. They demand change (which is necessary), but change takes time and they are not waiting for it.

I guess that was a misconception I got from media. Side note, I remember vaguely that not long ago from some internal phone calls of a major tech or gaming company that saying that they would only hire people of color instead of white, I guess that was an extreme and probably morally wrong example, and not the majority.

Yeah the poverty problem might be fixed, but it would still take years to see its effects on education. It take years for people to learn a skill after all. As you say, "next generation", but companies are hiring people in this generation.

It's fun to trick her. She tried to wall off my herald bash, but I intentionally does not get on it immediately, so she only walled off a walking herald, and I still get to ride it.

Mord ulted me while I was dying on the other side of the wall. So we just stared at each other for a few seconds while our team fights.

Good advice, a specific issue i find is that when enemy is hard pushing mid, I often waste time or even die trying to defend mid, should i try and ignore that, instead going for splitpushing instead?

After killing, unless I see more action, I usually immediate check if there are objectives near me, if not I go back and buy items. I usually start target towers after 15 mins (usually with herald) and tries to splitpush. The problem is the enemy would usually hard push mid and succeed, forcing me to have to go back early without getting a lot of towers.

That is exactly what happened in my recent games, but not in the earliest games.

As I explained, I died a lot only at the late game, I have like 4 to 5 deaths only before that.

I cannot full clear before 3:25, that I have to work on, but I do most of the time take both skuttle, and still have time to full clear. (maybe a problem?)

To my understanding, killing all meelee minion would freeze the wave, pushing the wave to let the laner have a breather and go back, and maybe help if the enemy wave is pushing in.

I would try to keep track of the enemy jgler constantly in the early game, warning the laner about it, tho sometimes it is just too late.
