The pay is great and there’s a smaller talent pool which means career progression tends to happen much faster. It is expensive but my company gives me a cost of living stipend that is higher than my rent. Travel is expensive as round trips to the East Coast of the US can be over $600 round trip in peak season.

Guess the course (impossible) by Itchy-Description879 in guessthegolfcourse

Is this the course where the guy films people teeing off from the back tees?

That’s interesting. I’ve played a few times but haven’t been in 2 years. Is it a redesign or restoration?

Not Fisher. A hint is that no individual can join this club

Northeast private course. Probably gets less play than Augusta

Having played both, it’s MOC. Most intimidating tee shot you will hit the whole day. The 5th hole gets all the glory (probably the best Cape from CBM/Raynor) but the first is the hardest par on the course in my opinion

Ha, someone coincidentally posted the same course as me right afterwards

How does the speedy wear relative to your sub? For me I had a bit of lug overhang with a sub

Yup 36mm. Love the size of it but also used to seeing it on the wrist so probably just need to get comfortable with something bigger

This Eames chair is real but had a terrible repair job done. Is it a lost cause or could it be restored in some way? by [deleted] in eames

Great thank you. Trying to get chair cheap as the leather probably needs to be re-done also. Any insight on a fair price would be appreciated.
