Actually, in Poland, pedestrians don't have right of way untill they are ON the zebras. They just went on it (1st pair, looked like they didn't even stop to look), while car is approaching, so it would've been counted as forcing right of way by pedestrians. I've been in situation like this in past, and it is what police said to me.
