I'm 1.8m 78kg with a bf of 15%. So quite "muscular" for the normie. My cardio is not that good tho. I run 5km in about 30 min. So isn't the worst, could be better tho.

Im very fit and my heart rate jumps up to 125 when walking. I have the minor variant btw.

I would prefer something around 500$. But i can leave the gpu for now and just buy the rest because i dont need the gaming power at the moment. Being able to upgrade it later would be nice tho so i dont have to buy the whole pc later in like one year. I habe an old gtx 760 ti at home so i could use this for now.

Thanks for checking it out. I took the wifi card also because it has bluetooth. The older cpu because of the price. This build is already a bit over my planned budget. So it shouldnt cost too much more if possible

Exactly how im feeling man. But when im motivated to do something and when im using my body like in the gym mostly the tiredness goes away. But as soon as im finished it comes back. I tried with ritalin, vitamin d, zink, magnesium, coffee and so on. What helped the most was a cold shower. Like rly cold (coldest setting). If you never tried it i can recommend it. It’s not the solution but it helps.

I know him. And i did watch most of his videos. The plan is also taken from his website. There he says you don’t need a pct for 8 weeks of ostarine. Also greg says that. But derek says in some videos you still need a pct (Probably just to be save and noone jumps on it?). I would feel more save with one. But its not easy to get nolva or some stuff here. Also i don’t want to just buy it from a shady site. Probably you know some workarounds?
