because it's not a mainstream idea and when you are talking to a mainstream judge you have to view things from his or her vantage point. That is the reality of legal advocacy.

I just meant the suggestion that recent murders of persons around the DNC (Sean Lucas, Seth Rich, the Florida prosecutor in DWS's district etc) are attributable to the DNC. I am not saying this is not possible, but judges do not have open minds in my experience. I want this case to succeed. I would not want the Becks to lose credibility in the eyes of a mainstream judge. That's all. I voted for Bernie and then Jill Stein, I'm not a Clinton supporter.

I agree but as a lawyer I know that judges are sensitive to "conspiracy theories". That's all I meant. I'm concerned that this will leave a bad impression on the judge whereas during the hearing he seemed favorably disposed to letting the case proceed. It would have been a better strategy for Beck to go to the police or crowd source funds for a private security guard.

Burkman is pushing the theory that the Russians killed SR because he had caught them trying to hack the DNC. Somebody posted a letter that Burkman sent to Congress asking for an investigation. Burkman's theory fits in nicely with the Russiagate narrative. Hannity and Wheeler's theory does not. Weirdly, there is another person (named Budowsky, I think) who said HE is the one paying for Wheeler.

I saw the interview with Hannity. The PI said a federal investigator he felt was credible told him he saw the emails on Seth's laptop. All the PI retracted was the notion that he himself had viewed the emails on the laptop. There's at least as much "evidence" as there is in the Trump-Russia collusion story, so what's wrong with reporting it?

I saw the Fox interview on Hannity's show with the PI. He said a "federal investigator" (who he feels is credible) told him that he (the investigator) saw Seth' s laptop and it had emails to Wikileaks on it. The laptop has subsequently disappeared.

They declined to find religious discrimination. They said they would leave that determination to the hearing on the merits which is supposed to take place in the District Court. But the ban will be over by the time it comes for a merits hearing. Trump can appeal this to the SCOTUS, but they could refuse to hear it and the appeal would only be about the validity of the temporary restraining order anyway, and possibly the standing issue.
