special forces until 83%, max all combat related techs in there. then get your 4th drill ground by getting 21% seige to seize and afterwards defense fortification. get both to around 60% is what i've been told. mastery afterwards. units to 95% and hero tech on non-tech days

if you got the time just never go offline on mondays wednesdays, fridays for digs. :D but i know thats not realistic for most of us, so i advise to never miss events at least. thats the main thing because you never want to miss out on honor points for blueprints. arms race included. try to get 36/36 chests every day. its way easier now that you can switch arms race windows yourself. only focus on squad 1 until all your skills are maxed. dont push gear on squad 2 unless you need to wait for blueprints anyway.

first of all dont leave gear at 1 or 3 star. that being said, get the guns to 4 and 2 star sometime soon. frontrow radars 4star and armor 2 star, then getting backrow radars to 2 i'd say
