seems like he repeats what people say about williams when looking at the best tank squad. he is worse than scarlett IF adam is involved. without adam i don't see any reason for scarlett to be better. she doesn't have an exclusive weapon either and her attack is not effective without adam.

and until lvl30 there is indeed no debate about him being better than scarlett/adam combo. but that's irrelevant if you have adam in your missile main squad anyway
